As part of Deloitte's Employer Branding Team, I was tasked with producing promo videos for the Salesforce Lab. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the video studio was unavailable, requiring me to improvise with limited resources. Leveraging creativity and resourcefulness, I successfully produced compelling promo videos within a tight timeframe of just 2 days.

What was tricky?

  • Limited Resources: The unavailability of the video studio presented a challenge as I had to make do with limited resources. Without access to professional equipment and studio settings, I needed to find alternative solutions to achieve high-quality results.


  • Time Constraints: With only 2 days to complete the project, time was of the essence. Coordinating schedules and availability of team members and stakeholders within such a short timeframe posed a challenge to the production process.


  • Visual Aesthetics: Creating visually appealing promo videos that effectively showcased the Salesforce Lab while working with a plain background and limited set design options required innovative thinking to ensure the videos were engaging and impactful.


How I overcame that?

  • Creative Set Design: To compensate for the lack of a professional video studio, I improvised by using a plain background adorned with numerous leafy plants and strategically placed green lighting. This created a visually stimulating environment that enhanced the overall aesthetic appeal of the videos.
